Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items

Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Errors deemed to be on our part will be covered at our expense.

Reporting Issues

If there is an issue with a product or order, please submit a problem report to admin@bitetheban.com

Return Address

The default return address is set to our printing partner’s facility. If we receive a returned shipment, we’ll contact you. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 21 days. If a different return address is used, Bite The Ban cannot be held responsible for managing the return or any associated costs.

Incorrect Address

If an insufficient or incorrect address is provided, the shipment will be returned to our facility. Reshipment costs will be your responsibility once an updated address has been confirmed.

Unclaimed Shipments

Unclaimed shipments are returned to our facility. Reshipment costs for unclaimed shipments will be your responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items

Bite The Ban does not accept returns of any goods once opened and used. If we detect that any item returned to us has been opened and used, it will be returned to you at your cost, or donated to charity and no refund will be made available to you.
